THIS 8 WEEK SERIES UTILIZES THE PRINCIPLES FROM THE CENTER FOR MIND-BODY MEDICINE.
This participatory group is supportive, educational, and structured. All techniques can be immediately integrated into daily life. We meet weekly on Zoom.
